About Activate Fitness

My name is Michael Corona, founder of Activate Fitness. I am a certified personal trainer with The National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Athletic Certification Training Commission. I started Activate Fitness with hopes of helping people get into the best shape of their lives. My philosophy about fitness is centered on Strength training.

Strength training is the most important aspect when it comes to reaching the body of your dreams or even living the healthiest life you can. Being precise with your diet and dedicated to strength training you will see amazing changes in your physique within a few weeks.

I was never the type of person who was always in shape and at their strongest. I had and have to work at it every day.

I have dedicated a huge portion of my life to becoming a fit and strong member of society and I know what it takes to see changes in your body. It is not an easy fix and it does take patience. Along my journey I have learned so much about the world of Health and Fitness and it is now my duty to help others learn about it also.

That is why I became a Personal Trainer and started my own business, Activate Fitness. At Activate Fitness my agenda is getting my clients the best results they can while providing inspiration, education, and motivation. This is my passion and my purpose so with that you can expect to get unbeatable service and results that will leave you smarter about fitness and ready to tackle anything that stands in your way.
